These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the takadet platform. By registering an account and using any part of our service — including casino games, sports betting, and payment features — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in full.

02 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any part of the takadet platform — whether by registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a wager, or simply browsing the site — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue your use of the takadet platform. Continued use of the platform after the publication of any updated version of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updates.
These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by the following additional policy documents, which form part of the overall agreement between you and takadet:
- The takadet Privacy Policy, which governs how your personal data is collected, stored, and used.
- The takadet Responsible Gaming Policy, which outlines the tools and support available to players who wish to manage their gambling activity.
- Any specific promotional terms published alongside individual bonus offers or tournaments.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only, and these Terms shall continue to apply in all other respects.
03 Eligibility & Age Restriction
The takadet platform is intended exclusively for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a wager, or use any service offered by takadet. This age restriction applies without exception to all players, regardless of location within Bangladesh or elsewhere.
By creating an account on takadet, you explicitly confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and will remain so throughout your use of the platform.
- You are accessing the platform from a location where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
- You are not acting on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any other person when registering or operating your account.
- You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on any gambling platform, including takadet.

takadet takes age verification seriously. If, at any point, the platform has reason to believe that a Player may be under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending completion of full KYC verification. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the payment method of origin, and no winnings will be paid out.
Players who knowingly allow minors to access their takadet account will have their account permanently closed and will forfeit any remaining balance.
takadet operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Age verification checks may be conducted at any point during a player's lifetime on the platform — not just at registration.
04 Account Registration & Verification
To access the full range of takadet services — including casino games, sports betting, deposits, and withdrawals — you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge and requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and a valid mobile number.
One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one registered account on takadet. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and any funds or bonuses within them will be forfeited.
Account Verification (KYC): takadet may request that you verify your identity at any stage by submitting one or more of the following documents:
- A valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
- Proof of current residential address in Bangladesh (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent — dated within the last three months)

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in restrictions being placed on your account, including the suspension of withdrawal rights. takadet is not liable for delays in processing withdrawals that arise from a player's failure to supply requested verification documents promptly.
Account Accuracy: You must promptly notify takadet of any changes to your registered account details by updating your profile or contacting support@takadet. takadet accepts no responsibility for losses arising from outdated account information, including missed communications due to an incorrect email address.
05 Deposits & Withdrawals
takadet accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳500 for mobile financial services and ৳1,000 for card transactions. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by takadet, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
All deposit transactions must be made from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds originate from a payment method belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate account review.
Deposits are credited to your takadet account balance in real time for mobile banking methods. Card deposits may take up to 15 minutes to appear depending on your card issuer's processing times.
Withdrawals may be requested by any player with a verified account and a positive real-money balance. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed by the takadet finance team and are typically completed within the same business day for bKash and Nagad. Card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits where technically possible. This anti-money-laundering measure protects both players and the integrity of the platform.
Withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification or pending review of unusual account activity. takadet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.
06 Bonuses & Promotions
takadet offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to the Bangladesh calendar (such as Eid bonuses, Pohela Boishakh offers, BPL season promotions, and Victory Day free spin events). Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms published at the time of the offer.
General Bonus Conditions applicable to all takadet promotions:
- Bonuses are available to verified players aged 18 and above only. Unverified accounts are not eligible to claim or use bonus funds.
- Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms (e.g., 30x, 35x). Until the wagering requirement is met, the bonus balance is not withdrawable.
- Wagering contribution rates vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
- takadet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled mid-term, players who have partially completed wagering requirements will be notified via email.
- Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, use of automated betting software to fulfil wagering requirements, or low-risk hedging strategies designed to exploit bonus terms — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
Players who have an active bonus balance are advised to review the applicable terms before requesting a withdrawal, as withdrawing real-money funds while a bonus is active may result in the automatic cancellation of that bonus and any associated pending winnings.
07 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
takadet is committed to maintaining a fair and safe gaming environment for all players. To this end, certain categories of conduct are strictly prohibited on the platform. Players found to have engaged in any of the following activities will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game or betting market on the platform without explicit written authorisation from takadet.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live poker, live blackjack, or sports betting pools.
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or the platform itself. Any wins resulting from known exploits will be voided.
- Registering more than one account on takadet for any reason, including to circumvent bonus restrictions or self-exclusion orders.
- Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or to mask your true identity or location.
- All games on takadet use independently certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Published RTP (Return to Player) rates are accurate and reflect actual long-run game outcomes.
- takadet employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor betting patterns, deposit behaviour, and account activity for indicators of collusion, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
- Player disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted to support@takadet within 30 days of the disputed event. takadet will review server-side game logs and provide a written response within 10 business days.
- Sports betting results are determined by official league and governing body results (BPL, IPL, ICC, FIFA, etc.). takadet reserves the right to void markets in the event of match abandonment or result ambiguity.
08 Account Suspension & Closure
Voluntary Closure: Players may request the closure of their takadet account at any time by contacting support@takadet with a written closure request from the email address registered to the account. Any remaining real-money balance (net of any active bonus) will be withdrawn to your registered payment method before the account is closed, subject to standard KYC verification requirements.
Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons should specifically request a self-exclusion closure, which will prevent re-registration on the platform for the specified exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. takadet will not market to self-excluded players during their exclusion period.
Involuntary Suspension or Closure by takadet: takadet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- The player is found to be under the age of 18 at any point during their use of the platform.
- The player has provided false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
- The player has engaged in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7 of these Terms.
- The player's account activity triggers fraud detection systems or is flagged for suspected money laundering.
- The player has registered multiple accounts on takadet.
- takadet is required to close the account by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by the player, takadet reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending the outcome of an investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 10 business days.
Effect of Closure: Upon account closure — whether voluntary or involuntary — all accumulated bonus balances, free spins, and promotional entitlements are immediately and permanently forfeited. Closed accounts cannot be reopened except at takadet's sole discretion following a formal written appeal submitted to support@takadet.

Force Majeure: takadet shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay arises from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, civil unrest, or actions of government or regulatory bodies.
Intellectual Property: All content on the takadet platform — including the brand name, logo, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of takadet or its licensed providers. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any platform content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
Governing Language: These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version shall prevail. takadet operates as an English-language platform targeting players in Bangladesh.
